Allow me to explain what I mean by that: Rough around the edges: As I understand it's largely developed and designed by one person, so all the dialogue and story falls on his shoulders.
It's a bit of a task for a game of this size, and it does unfortunately show in quite a few I would describe the game as simultaneously very rough around the edges while also being quite polished.
